At bigbanana, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled at your convenience, or you can use the prepaid shipping label provided to drop off the package at a nearby partner location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
